Return Conditions

Returns may only be requested after the item has been delivered and physically received.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and inserts included.

Items may be tried on but must not show any signs of wear.

Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order may be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting support@symbolicgifts.shop.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
